Tim from Schaible's Plumbing is an absolute joy to work with. He came on time (early, actually, and let me know in advance), he explained everything that he needed to do, showed me the part that was bad, and finished the work quickly. I recommend Schaible's and specifically Tim!
I had a new granite countertop installed and the guys came out to install the faucet and sink drain trap. Except for the faucet which I had purchased, they had the other supplies on their truck and did not have to go out and purchase them. These guys are the best.
Very happy with Schaible's. Great plumbing and heating company. Plumbers very experienced. Very dependable and courteous.

We have used Schaible's Plumbing for over 20 years for many things from a house remodel to yearly home repairs. Always dependable with top quality work! This time they came the same day for a sump pump repair/install. Saved our basement from flooding!
We came home to a busted baseboard heating pipe that flooded our dining room. We called left a message with the emergency line. A tech called in under 5 minutes and was here within the hour. He was so professional and friendly.

Technicians showed up on time, found solution to problem, and fixed it same-day. No attempts made to upsell me to a new system, which has happened with some other companies - just focused on fixing my system. This is the way it should be!
They left the house as clean as it was when they arrived & wore booties on their feet so as to not track in dirt.
Our technician Mark was knowledgeable and clearly had everything under control and was able to get our unit up and running. He was a complete gentleman and walked us through the entire repair. He is definitely an asset to the Schaible's team.
If you are considering calling other other companies, I would not bother, call Schaible's and save yourself time & stress. They are AMAZING!!! I can't say enough good things about their team and service.
Our boiler went out and we called numerous companies because we were initially told it was going to be 5-10 weeks for a part and/or new boiler to be delivered. At the end only Schaible's was able to deliver, I called 5 different companies and spent hundreds of $ just getting them to spend a few minutes looking at my boiler to tell me it was broke. One company (Reliable Plumbing and Heating, Staten Island - not so reliable but expensive rip off!!) actually charge for an estimate. He told me he was coming to give me an estimate on the heater, tapped my unit with his phone a few times, gave me an estimate that was significantly higher then Schaible's for a full replacement and then had the nerve to charge me $250 for the estimate. Didn't even walk in with tools or attempt to fix anything, literally banged on my boiler with his phone.
I spoke to Tiffany who was AMAZING, she was on the phone with the manufactures to get delivery information, worked with our township to get the emergency permits. She called me when she said she would and worked her magic behind the scenes. I also can't thank Vincent, the service manager who ended up personally coming out to do the install because we were such a quick turn around. No heat or hot water for a week situation! After determining they could help, they got my order in on fri and installed on Monday! New boiler delivered and permits secured on a friday afternoon over the holidays. Unheard of!! This team is compassionate, hard working and efficient. They are my go to people and they should be yours. They saved me lots of therapy and gray hair, thank you thank you to this amazing team of people!
