The technician was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They also followed up the next day to collect a water sample for retesting. Very pleased with the company and would highly recommend.

I have used Schaible's for over 30 years. They have always been reliable, responsible and all of their servicemen have always been friendly and competent. I added two outdoor faucets to my existing water service (copper lines). They were able to quote the job based on pictures and videos I sent to there estimator. So convenient. Quote was attractive, I didn't look anywhere else. I highly recommend.
On time, identified the problem, and was very professional. The leak was from the manufacture's fixture. The repair man gave me the website and detailed instructions so that the manufacturer would send a replacement at no charge. He made sure nothing was leaking when he left.
