I had a noise coming from my Energy Kinetics furnace that was installed a few months ago. I called Claus ( the Service Manager who's awesome ) on Wednesday afternoon and a tech was there first thing Thursday morning. That's what I call Service! Ryan A got to my house around 8:30 and took care of everything. Ryan knows more about the furnace than the company who built. Great job guys! Thank you Claus and Ryan!!!!
Prompt response, knowledgable, professional, courteous installers. Installed my water heater quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them and reccomend them.

Service technician was professional, punctual and through. He explained the entire solution that I had purchased (a water softener treatment solution with the addition of a reverse osmosis filter for my refrigerator water supply). He explained what to expect in the immediate future and what the anticipated service requirements were each year. Excellent overall experience!
