Had an issue with our hot water heater, the tech Javier arrived well in the window time frame. Once arrived, he was transparent and provided details of the work to be done in a manner that made it easy to understand since I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to major plumbing work. Once the work was completed he gave excellent information on what work was involved, and gave direction on what to look for in the future to mitigate further issues in the long term. I was turning on gas furnace for first time this year and it was not giving heat. I reached out to Schaible's left message with Klaus about the issue . They got back to me right away and sent Brian out within a hour or so . He was so knowledgeable on my furnace he checked things and noticed my gas valve was shut off to my furnace. He turned it on and checked everything and it was up working . Brian has been in my condo several times this year and each time he was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased and thankful for a great company like Schaible's. Thank you .
Schaible's performed plumbing work in our home for about 6 times in 2023 and 2024. They are very good at providing emergency support and doing their planned plumbing work. They also provide excellent water treatment work during their annual contract. However, they almost doubled the charges for their most recent annual water treatment contract and we declined it as too much; this is the reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars.
