You're tech John stopped by for our yearly water softener service yesterday. I was a technician for Xerox 32 years and I was very impressed with the service provided by John. I always pride myself in the quality of service to my customers and was refreshing to see it still alive. We were a Aquatech customer who installed our unit 10 years ago. Great way to start the New Year with Schaible.
Schaible's Plumbing and Heating really came through for us when my husband and I suddenly needed to switch from our oil furnace to a gas furnace. They also replaced our existing pipe to our gas hot water heater. All of the technicians were professional, knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. They were very responsible and as concerned as we were with safety. They completed all of the work in a timely manner and did not leave a mess or debris behind. Also the office staff were very helpful and proactive with all aspects of this process. My husband and I highly recommend Schaible's Plumbing and Heating.

The Lyndhurst Libbie Lindsay Little House for Girl Scouts sincerely wish to thank HVAC Service Manager Lou Durocher and Schaible's Plumbing & Heating for their most caring and professional work in replacing our steam boiler and water heater. They were able to replace both boiler and heater in one day, and left the basement cleaner than when they began! The Lyndhurst Little House for Girl Scouts is one of only a handful of houses remaining in the United States, and is now 80 years old! Schaible's partnered with the Lyndhurst Knights of Columbus and the Girl Scout House became a "Community Project". I was very impressed with the service that Schaible's provided starting from very responsive receptionist Kelly to a wonderful service technician Mitch Mattis. I had a leaking under my sink at the kitchen, had no idea what was causing it. Luckily, I've got appointment on the next day after my call. Mitch came on time, found the problem very quickly and installed a new garbage disposal at the same day. He is young but seems to be very knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind.
Wonderful experience, very punctual and clean. I would highly recommend.

Schaible's Plumbing & Heating did an amazing job on our whole plumbing system replacement. Our house is older, and we knew the time would come when all the plumbing would need to be replaced. Schaibles came in, quoted us and got the job done. They were extremely punctual (several appointments due to the size of the job, each one here exactly on time) and professional. They managed to figure out a plumbing issue we had with an upstairs shower that eluded several other plumbing companies, and did it without tearing up walls and making us redo the bathroom. They cleaned up when they were done and I couldnt be happier with the results.
