Schaible's plumbing and heating company was nothing short of perfection. They came out to fix a water main break in our front yard. They were prompt, the workers were courteous, and very professional. They were reliable and very accommodating to all of our needs. It really is great to have a company you trust and know will get the job done correctly. The workers cleaned up after themselves, and answered all of our questions. When I turned my air conditioner on for the first time this year, I found that the compressor was not running and it did not cool my house. I have always used Schaible's for my HVAC and water conditioner servicing, and I immediately gave them a call. After all, they had installed all of my equipment when my home was built in 2000, and they had always done outstanding work. Fearing that I would need to replace my 15 year old A/C, I let their technician, Rob Price, into my home. Within minutes, Rob told me the compressor was good, I had no leaks, and that he suspected a broken wire in my furnace where the A/C controls were located. He removed the access door to the furnace and there it was, a very thin wire hanging loose from its connector. In less than 10 minutes, Rob had diagnosed my problem and had my air conditioner running like new. Schaible's is a very ethical company with top notch technicians and great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing service.
I had two recent experiences with Schaible's Plumbing. The first one was a total remodel of my master bath, It went from absolutely horrific to absolutely terrific. Seriously I wish I had taken before pix you would have been astounded at the transformation. Its a small space but it looks so much bigger now. The fixtures are gorgeous, tile work just amazing. Didn't take long at all so minimal inconvenience.

Second experience- On a Saturday afternoon oh about 11 am when I'm to getting ready to go out my hot water heater goes kaput! Called Schaible's and within two hours I am set up with a brand new one. Service guys awesome and very helpful, Thanks Kyle Rob & Claus!
