We've used Schaible's before, and our experience has been the same -- quick response, professional and friendly service, problem solved. This time our furnace stopped working. They fixed it within 5 hours of calling the office. I guess others could be cheaper, but we're happy with the value from Schaible's.
Unlike most plumbers, this one is a professional business that calls you back! I used them to buy and install a water softener, neutralizer, and water holding tank. Great communication from the office, clear explanation from John, who did the estimate, and the install was great as well. The installers, Travis and Nick explained every step of the project. They encountered some obstacles (what project doesn't?) and involved us in choosing the solution that worked best for us, both in terms of money and space. Everything was transparent. They were neat, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I could not have been more pleased with this experience.

Had an emergency a few weeks ago and my experience was great. The receptionist that took my call was friendly and attentive. The employee who who was dispatched for the estimate Dane was professional, patient and thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done. The technicians were prompt, organized and courteous.

They came out very quickly and gave us a quote on the spot for the work we were looking to have done. John was very patient and took his time and answered all of our questions.
