I needed my air conditioning units checked out following a power surge to my house. The company was very responsive in getting a tech over as soon as possible. The tech was very thorough in checking out the units and terrific in his communications about his observations.
We decided on a new TRANE AC and had Schaible's do the job. The team hit all the marks for an A+ review. They arrived on time, were efficient, quiet, neat and worked hard until it was all done in one day. Kenny the head installer was very knowledgeable, pleasant and communicative. The operation Manager Vince came and went over the install, explained some of the changes made from the old unit, and made sure that all was done to highest expectations.

We had a leaky pipe and Jake came to fix it. Was very professional, took care of this issue and cleaned up quickly. Price was fair as well. This is the second time we used them and will continue to do so anytime we need service.
