Nick was very considerate, after showing him our dishwasher that wasn't draining, he checked the sink and said it wasn't a plumbing issue and didn't charge me for his time.

Had the opportunity to work with them recently for water sanitizer. Dave was very knowledgeable and upfront with everything before the job was done. The technician on site was courteous and professional. The work was neat and he even wore booties over his boots in the house.

Exceptional customer service and support from the initial call with questions to talking about our needs, to the scheduling and culminating in our service last week by Nick. Nick explained everything about our install perfectly, was a polite professional, and answered our questions about some future projects that we are thinking about! Tim and Brandon came to service our boiler in our recently purchased home, which had been fairly well maintained personally by the previous owner for many years. Tim immediately identified several things that could be adjusted or changed for improved efficiency that will ultimately add years to its life and save us money on fuel. I couldn't be happier with the service we received, the professionalism, knowledge and our much more smoothly running boiler. 5 stars+
Brodie was very professional and explained everything that needs to be done prior to doing it. He was meticulous in donning and doffing the shoe protectors, yes, it was raining…still with Ophelia. He ga e me back full functionality of my toilets.
