My current furnace died. Schaible's plumbing & Heating provided an estimate on the day I called & the representative Kevin did a great job explaining options & pricing. Ken & his team cam right away to perform the install, all very nice professional, cleaned up everything & explained the new system too. Overall excellent experience & recommended them to anyone who needs a system or just a repair.

I can't say enough favorable things about the 2 technicians,Mark and Joe, that worked on my boiler. Mark explained step-by-step what needed to be repaired and why. Both men worked with efficiency and accuracy. I'm embarrassed to say. The boiler had not been repaired in over 10 years, but they were resolute and made sure all the issues were repaired before they left and that I was satisfied. Pricing was fair and reasonable.
My old oil furnace had failed and Schiables was able to respond during a very busy period to install a new oil furnace. New Energy Kinetics System 2000 looks and runs great.
Unparalleled customer care plus exceptional repairs = Schaible's. Less than a week after we moved into our new home, our family experienced a sudden event that caused significant flooding in the kitchen. Initially, I had called a different plumbing company to conduct the review. When that company proposed an aggressive, very expensive solution, I decided to get a second opinion and call Schaible's. Before I had even booked a plumber or spent a dime, Klaus, the GM, walked me through everything, even recommending remediation companies and explaining the insurance process. When Dane from Schaible's came to survey the scene, through some incredibly impressive detective work that I can't even begin to describe, he quickly figured out the problem. The difference in the Schaible's proposed solution and the proposed solution from Company 1 was over $8,000. This is to say nothing of the fact that Company 1's solution would not have addressed the root of the problem, while Schaible's solution efficiently and easily solved the issue. When repair day came, Brody of Schaible's was top notch. The guy was a savant and was personable to boot.
But the savings and the repair quality are only half of my 5 stars. The rest come from the customer service I received. Each and every person at this company, from the employees at the front desk through the General Manager, truly care about you and your family. Even at the house, Dane and Brody both gave me pointers on future plumbing tips. Neither mocked my lack of knowledge as a first time home buyer but instead encouraged my learning. I'm truly grateful I called Schaible's and will be 100% calling on them in the future for any plumbing needs.
The service was very easy to schedule. Brody arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule, and took great care and effort to ensure the job was completed properly. The leak was in a difficult to reach crawl space, and it was not a simple job. I would certainly recommend Schaibles.
