My old oil furnace had failed and Schiables was able to respond during a very busy period to install a new oil furnace. New Energy Kinetics System 2000 looks and runs great.
Unparalleled customer care plus exceptional repairs = Schaible's. Less than a week after we moved into our new home, our family experienced a sudden event that caused significant flooding in the kitchen. Initially, I had called a different plumbing company to conduct the review. When that company proposed an aggressive, very expensive solution, I decided to get a second opinion and call Schaible's. Before I had even booked a plumber or spent a dime, Klaus, the GM, walked me through everything, even recommending remediation companies and explaining the insurance process. When Dane from Schaible's came to survey the scene, through some incredibly impressive detective work that I can't even begin to describe, he quickly figured out the problem. The difference in the Schaible's proposed solution and the proposed solution from Company 1 was over $8,000. This is to say nothing of the fact that Company 1's solution would not have addressed the root of the problem, while Schaible's solution efficiently and easily solved the issue. When repair day came, Brody of Schaible's was top notch. The guy was a savant and was personable to boot.
But the savings and the repair quality are only half of my 5 stars. The rest come from the customer service I received. Each and every person at this company, from the employees at the front desk through the General Manager, truly care about you and your family. Even at the house, Dane and Brody both gave me pointers on future plumbing tips. Neither mocked my lack of knowledge as a first time home buyer but instead encouraged my learning. I'm truly grateful I called Schaible's and will be 100% calling on them in the future for any plumbing needs.
The service was very easy to schedule. Brody arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule, and took great care and effort to ensure the job was completed properly. The leak was in a difficult to reach crawl space, and it was not a simple job. I would certainly recommend Schaibles.
I live on a property with many buildings and multiple wells and heating units. After 20 years of plumbers going in and out of favor, I found Schaibiles. 10+ years now with no complaints. Good timely service with knowledgeable techs makes my life easier. I'm sticking with them and think you should use if you want expert plumbing/HVAC techs handling your needs.
Great experience using Shaibles for HVAC repair. One of our units lost its mother board and gas valve. Ryan Ambrosio was the technician that was assigned to our job. He did an amazing job replacing both parts in no time. He was fast, clean professional and most of all kind. Schaibles was able to warranty the parts through the manufacturer so we only had to pay for labor. And we feel it was well worth. I would consider Ryan a master technician with his knowledge of how the unit works and exactly how to replace the parts. Ryan also gave us great recommendations of care and maintenance of the units. Would definitely use again and request Ryan.
Our natural gas water heater failed recently and we reached out to a number of contractors for proposals / quotes - but we decided to go with Schaible's Plumbing and Heating - for the following reasons:
1 - GM Klaus was very responsive to all of my questions and provided a detailed proposal / cost estimate in a timely manner.
2 - Overall cost was very competitive - when compared to other quotes.
3 - Following the acceptance of quote - the hot water tank replacement was scheduled / performed the following day.
4 - The two installation technicians (Dan Alpaugh and Kevin Veliz) worked well together, they answered all my questions, and the final installation was completed in a professional manner.
In summary, I would recommend Schaible's Plumbing and Heating for your natural gas water heater replacement!!!
Schaibles has been amazing. They have been responsive, informative, and helpful since I started reaching out to them. We got a two tank whole home water filter recently and it was installed to perfection. Scheduling, permitting, install, payment, and the support was seamless. I even had some follow up questions and they did not mind getting back to me right away to address them. I am excited to use them for future concerns/work that may arise.
