The experience with Schaible's plumbing was a positive one from beginning to end. I was able to get an appointment very promptly with the friendly receptionist. Believe it or not, I had issues with both toilets in my home that seemed to arise almost overnight and when the two gentlemen showed up for the scheduled appointment, they had both problems fixed in a very short amount of time, all the while being very approachable and professional. Thanks for the excellent work!
Schaible handled my conversion from propane to natural gas. Cat at Schaible was extremely helpful walking me through the process of connecting the gas line to the furnace. The workers were diligent and precise in connecting the lines and converting the furnace. Schaible is a professional organization that performed a seamless transition. They get my highest rating.

No one likes to face the moment when a major system, like a boiler, stops working. My moment came on a weekend, after hours, which meant finding someone to help was going to be twice as hard. Thankfully Schaible's did my service a few years back and left a tag on the boiler so I immediately called and thankfully within minutes an on-call tech was ringing my line. Tim really went above and beyond, but the thing I appreciate most is him putting my mind at ease about the problem. He explained things as many times as I needed, and gave me ways to handle the issue if it happened again. I know some people say Schaible's is expensive, but you get what you pay for, and in the end Tim was able to save me money, plus make me feel more capable, and I can't think of a better value than that.
